How long does it take to receive my first box once I subscribe?
All boxes are shipped within 2 business days.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your membership any time before the next bill date. If you cancel after the bill date, you will be billed for your final box and receive the box as scheduled.
What is Your Return Policy?
There are no refunds on the boxes and all sales are final. However, if something does not fit, we will be happy to swap it for a new size free of charge.
Who can receive the box?
Currently we are serving all of North America and 26 other countries!
What are your gift options?
Our "gift It" box is an option to treat the golfers in your life with either 1, 2 or 4 of the upcoming boxes.
How do I change my sizes?
You're free to change your size at any time in your profile. You can do though the "Manage My Subscription" button in your email you received when you purchased your box. If you have lost your email with the link, email us at teetimecaddie@gmail.com and we can resend you the email.
Please ensure the changes
have been madeΒ 7 days before the next Delivery date to ensure changes can be made in time.
