How long does it take to receive my first box once I subscribe?
You will receive you box within the first 7 business days of subscribing
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your membership any time before the next bill date. If you cancel after the bill date, you will be billed for your final box and receive the box as scheduled.
What is Your Return Policy?
You may return items that do not fit for an exchange free of charge. You may return your box within 30 days of the Mail out date for a full refund, However you may be required to cover the shipping cost to do so.
Who can receive the box?
Currently we are serving all Canadian Provinces and territories and looking to expand to all of North America soon!
What are your gift options?
Our "gift It" box is an option to treat the golfers in your life with either 1, 2 or 4 of the upcoming boxes.
How do I change my sizes for my subscription box?
You're free to change your size at any time in your profile. But please ensure the changes have been made 7 days before the next Delivery date to ensure changes can be made in time.
- Go into your email and locate the TeeTime Caddie email you had received after your initial order. The email should be labeled something like “Your recurring order purchase confirmation from Tee Time Caddie”.
- Click the “Manage My Subscription" button inside the email.
- Click on the “change product” button and reselect your sizes.
